WomensPal – Women's Health Companion
By downloading, installing, or using WomensPal ("the App," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use WomensPal. If you are between 13 and 18, you should use the App with parental or guardian consent.
Your health data belongs to you. WomensPal stores your data securely on Supabase cloud servers (PostgreSQL on AWS), encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security ensures only you can access your records. We do not sell or share your personal health information with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
WomensPal uses the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (database & auth), Google and Apple (optional Sign-In only), OpenRouter/Google Gemini (optional AI Symptom Checker — data not stored after processing), and Resend (transactional emails). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
To request deletion or export of your data, email privacy@womenspal.com.
Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled, your rights under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA), and how to export or delete your data.
You may use WomensPal for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
The App includes an anonymous community forum where users can post wellness-related content. When using community features, you agree to:
Community posts are stored locally on your device and are not shared with a central server unless explicitly stated.
If you enable push notifications, WomensPal will send you health reminders (such as period predictions, medication reminders, or daily log prompts) based on your preferences. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App under Settings → Reminders.
Cycle predictions are based on the data you enter and standard statistical models. Predictions are estimates only and may not reflect your actual cycle. WomensPal should not be used as a method of contraception or for family planning decisions without consulting a healthcare professional.
All content within WomensPal, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to WomensPal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WomensPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including reliance on any health information displayed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WomensPal operates.
