πŸš€ Getting Started
Getting Started
Visit app.womenspal.com and tap "Sign up". Enter your email and create a password β€” it takes less than a minute. You can also continue with Google or Apple. No credit card required.
Yes β€” WomensPal's core features are completely free with no time limit. Period tracking, symptom logging, ovulation prediction, and cycle insights are all free. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core app will always remain free.
To get started, we'll ask for your typical cycle length, average period duration, and the date your last period started. This lets WomensPal generate your first predictions right away. You can update all of this at any time in Settings.
Yes. WomensPal is a web app that works on any device β€” iPhone, Android, tablet, or desktop. Just visit app.womenspal.com and sign in. Your data syncs automatically across all your devices.
On iPhone: open app.womenspal.com in Safari, tap the share button (box with arrow), then "Add to Home Screen". On Android: open in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then "Add to Home Screen". This installs WomensPal as an app-like shortcut with no App Store required.
πŸ“… Tracking Your Cycle
Tracking Your Cycle
From the home screen, tap the calendar icon or the "Log period" button. You can mark the start date, flow intensity (light, medium, heavy), and any symptoms. WomensPal uses your logged data to refine its predictions over time.
WomensPal lets you log 40+ daily symptoms including mood, energy, cramps, headache, bloating, breast tenderness, cervical mucus, BBT (basal body temperature), sleep quality, exercise, and much more. You can also add custom notes for anything not in the list.
WomensPal uses your logged period history to calculate your average cycle length and predict your next period. The more cycles you track, the more accurate the prediction becomes. Predictions also update when you log your actual period start, so the app adapts to your real pattern over time.
Your fertile window is calculated based on your predicted ovulation day (typically 14 days before your next expected period for a standard cycle) plus the 5 days before it, since sperm can survive up to 5 days. If you log BBT or cervical mucus, WomensPal uses this additional data to refine the prediction.
Yes. Go to the daily log and select BBT from the tracking options. Enter your temperature taken first thing in the morning before getting out of bed. WomensPal will chart your temperatures and identify the post-ovulation temperature rise, helping confirm ovulation timing.
Yes. WomensPal is designed to work with irregular cycles. Instead of assuming a fixed cycle length, the app learns from your actual logged data. Tracking cervical mucus and BBT alongside your period dates gives WomensPal more signals to work with even when cycles vary significantly month to month.

✨ App Features
App Features
Yes. Once you log a positive pregnancy test, WomensPal switches to Pregnancy Mode. You'll see your weekly pregnancy progress, baby development milestones, symptom tracking tailored to pregnancy, and a countdown to your due date.
After your baby arrives, WomensPal switches to Postpartum Mode β€” tracking your recovery, mood, sleep, breastfeeding, and the gradual return of your cycle. It's designed for the full journey, not just the 9 months.
Cycle syncing is the practice of aligning your lifestyle β€” exercise, nutrition, social activities, and rest β€” with the four phases of your cycle (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, luteal). WomensPal's cycle sync feature provides personalised recommendations for each phase based on your current cycle day.
